Recently retired with honors from a challenging and demanding career the U.S Army, Denise Hargon now brings that same energetic focus and goal-orientation to the clients of her life and professional coaching company. She views her transition to coaching as a natural extension of 24 years experience leading, coaching and mentoring soldiers.

Denise is passionate about people and easily connects with her clients.  She approaches coaching with a sense of humor, intuition and directness so that her clients can develop strategies to achieve the results they desire. Her outlook is that challenges can be met head on despite obstacles that may be in our paths, we just simply need to figure how to overcome those obstacles to move forward.

Denise’s experience derived from her career as an Army officer makes her remarkably well qualified in the areas of leadership, team development and strategic planning.  Recognized as a strong, engaging and dynamic leader, she always produces exceptional results in leadership and team development.  She is an agile thinker and expert planner with a talent for quickly assessing the needs of an organization.  Denise thrives in taking broad conceptual ideas and developing an action plan broken down into logical and achievable steps to meet the unique situation.  Her extensive strategic planning expertise is extremely well suited for individuals, small business owners and complex organizations alike.

Denise trained at Coach U, the prestigious international coach training program.  She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Georgia Coach Association (GCA), the Military Officer Association of America (MOAA) and the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA).

Denise enjoys her free time by pursuing outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking and water sports.  She is a world traveler and enjoys experiencing new cultures.
